Due to the perishable nature of our Slapshot Coffee beans and the food safety standards for our hydration powder products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases on any consumable goods.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to have the best experience on the ice. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect (e.g., the wrong roast or flavor), please notify us at Slapshotcoffeeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a one-time replacement or store credit to make it right
